Advanced Marketing Collateral was a natural progression for me. Having spent the last 10 years in IT and business roles, web developer to Director, Inow leverages that experience to create marketing collateral customers appreciate.

I began my technical career as a web developer at a large landline telecommunications company. This quickly progressed into the more complex area of web application development.

After a couple years, I moved to a large wireless company and led the effort to build out their reporting environment. I helped them see the bigger picture and the benefits of an enterprise-wide business intelligence environment.

In 2003, I created one of the first Business Intelligence Competency Centers and was promoted to Director of Business Intelligence.

During my career, I met with many vendors and solution providers. I have been a consumer of a vast amount of marketing collateral including white papers, case studies, industry articles, web content, data sheets, brochures, and other items.

After completing the Technical Communication Certification Program at Bellevue Community College, I was asked to join the staff and teach others what she knows about how the relationship between business and technology and the role that communication plays. I currently teach Writing White Papers and Internet Research Strategies.

I continue to work in the management consulting area and freelance writing. My work is professional and clean, and I knows how to translate very technical subjects into a message your customers can understand. You’ll find I can quickly understand your product, solution, and market.

I enjoy spending time with m yhusband in our other “office” in Mesquite, Nevada where there are seven golf courses in the tiny 2 mile town. I am enjoying watching my three daughters become independent. When not working or golfing, I enjoy a competitive game of volleyball and hiking in the desert or the mountains.
